-  Bike, pedals & wheels  -

If you have a bike, any size wheels, and can ride without training wheels, you’re ready to roll.

-  About the Camps & Lessons  -   
We’re here to have fun and teach serious cycling skills plus techniques through fitness and awareness. 

 

-  Routes  - 

We’ll organize routes and that are fun and fitness forward while keeping you safe. Our goal: to make you a competent and comfortable rider whether in the hills outside of Austin or the streets downtown.

-  Drop off / Pick Up  -

Riders can be dropped off fifteen minutes prior to the start of class and must be picked up in the monitored cool-down area no later than fifteen minutes after class ends.
 

-  What to wear  -

Moisture wicking, semi-form-fitting athletic clothing to keep you comfortable and to avoid snags when getting on/off your bike.

-  Supervision  -

Coach Sean will personally oversee all classes along with the help of a rotating assistant. Parental assistance welcomed.

-  Missing a Class  -
If you miss a class, we’ll try to schedule a make-up session, either individually or in small groups.

Safety 
&
Sanitation

-  Helmets, shoes and lights  -

Helmets and closed toed shoes are REQUIRED. Rear and front lights will be distributed in the case they ned to be used in an activity. 

-   Workable Bikes  -
Please arrive  with a workable bike.  If your bike is having issues and is in need of repair, Coach Sean maybe can assist you - please contact in advance.

-  On Bike Safety   -

Safety is paramount. Each class will begin with the ABC's of cycle safety.


-  Inclement Weather  -

Rain will NOT stop our class/session but may alter style of the activities. Thunder and lightning WILL cancel class but a make up day will be scheduled.


-  Covid-19 Safety Measures  - 

Items will be sanitized pre/post sessions and the coach will wear a mask. Riders are not required to wear masks and activities will be planned around 6-ft of safety on/off bike. 

 -  Volunteers  -

-   Maintenance & Technology  - 

We offer complete bike wash, drivetrain cleaning and all forms of basic maintenance. Additional lessons are available on GPS computer connections and similar tracking/route software. Book a lesson for software connection and ride! 


-  Shoe & Cleat Installation  - 

Happy to help with beginners who are taking the next step to clip-in pedals, cleat installation or positioning on the shoe. Book a lesson for a cleat installation and ride!
